What Is One Economy?
​​One Economy is the nonprofit organization advancing the Hawai‘i Financial Community model in Hawai‘i. Through education, partnerships, and community engagement, it helps people understand how local dollars can strengthen local business, keep value circulating close to home, and build a more resilient local economy.

At the center of that work are Threefold Dollars — a local currency designed to grow local businesses and support neighborhood Ê»ohana. But the vision is bigger than currency alone. It is about building a healthier, fairer, and more locally rooted economy for Hawai‘i — with a model designed to grow and support stronger local economies globally over time.
